With nearly two decades of experience, my journey in evaluation began by evaluating 21st Century Community Learning Centers' afterschool programs. I instantly became deeply passionate about this line of work as it seamlessly integrated my love for educational transformation, community development, and my expertise in data and statistics to drive real, meaningful outcomes. This passion inspired me to establish Eval Global Solutions, a consulting firm committed to delivering high-quality evaluation services, specializing in education and community-based projects.

​As a champion for igniting positive change through impactful program evaluation, I bring extensive experience in managing complex projects within educational and community organizations, networks and ecosystems. My expertise extends beyond presenting numbers and percentages, focusing on demonstrating tangible impact, unveiling effective strategies, and crafting compelling narratives in evaluation reporting to convey meaningful and practical insights about programs and initiatives.

As a mixed-methods strategist, I bring rich experience in qualitative and quantitative research design, along with statistical analyses and a background in surveying, conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups and performing site observations. My expertise spans various content areas including afterschool programming, STEM education, social and emotional learning, positive youth development, minority achievement, service-learning/social justice, multicultural education, and culturally competency.
